Get ready for the next Friendly Runs meet-up in Grand Rapids!

8:30am for intros and breakout groups
9am we move!

We have a 1.5 miles walking option or 2, 3, 6, or 10 mile runs! Family friendly, bring your stroller or dog! @gazellesports will have water stations for you, bring your own vessel!

Gather back in the garden after your run for community and friendship!
