Friendly Runs Series July

Get ready for the next Friendly Runs meet-up in Grand Rapids!

July 13
8:30am for intros and breakout groups
9am we move!

We have a 1.5 miles walking option or 1, 3, 6, or 10 mile runs! Family friendly, bring your stroller or dog!

Please note: @gazellesports will have 1 water station on the route, but please bring your own water cup or bottle to stay hydrated!

Gather back in the garden after your run for community and friendship!!
